Combining ample natural lighting and at the same time leaving space for a desk under a window to look out from if required, this special offer building is 10ft wide by 8ft deep and can be in your garden and in use next week if required, subject to a day or two either way for other installations.

Whilst some of our other special offer buildings can be stained black like this one (because we stain them with something we can overcoat easily), here we have bitten the bullet and gone for black from the start as it is becoming so popular. It is one of the reasons that many people choose the charcoal grey powder coated aluminium, because the colour is crisp and smart but the same can be achieved in real timber as shown here.

The roof is made to harmonise with the colour scheme of the building itself but there are also a number of practical reasons why this is advantageous. Principally though, this protects the cedar around the edge of the roof as it is most susceptible to sun bleaching.

For this reason, the rest of a building’s cedar is normally coated with a special sun-blocking oil nowadays (for an additional fee) but, in this instance, is included as a special offer in order to retain the highly attractive finish of the new cedar for many years.

The building, like all our buildings is seamlessly plastered and painted as there are no unsightly joints in the walls and it can be repainted like any other room in your house and is fully double insulated throughout.

The eaves have separately switched lighting with four lights in case you have a barbeque at the bottom of the garden on warm summer evenings (if we get the weather eventually)!

Apart from getting power to the building itself, it will be left ready to use straight away, turn-key.
