These prices are intended as a guide only and final costs are subject to final specification. All costs are subject to VAT.

All our prices include the following:

• The whole high-standard building at the size and design you specify
• Installation, labour and materials, making good ready for use and delivery included.
• Supply and installation of foundations
• Full wiring and lighting, and hyper-insulation to the entire building
• Plastering, painting/varnishing and finishing inside and out including fitting an attractive good quality laminate floor
• Paint and claddings, colour and finishes, designed to blend with their surroundings
• Feather-edged board cladding is made to our specification and pressure treated for low maintenance and an extra long life. Cedar contains natural oils and does not require pressure treating.
• Generous eaves clearance providing a pleasing and balanced appearance and increased weather protection, giving a longer life expectancy of the building, exceeding 40 years.
• Progress photographs will be provided every few days
• Customers are invited to see the progress of their buildings at any time.

Sound-proofed buildings note

• When calculating the size of your sound-proofed building, you need to allow for a 1ft (300mm) wall width for the double-skinned option.

Non-rectangular buildings.

• We are happy to design buildings that are not a standard rectangular shape
• Allow for a rectangular based building for a guide to pricing.

Not included in our standard costings

• Power supply and connection - The building is fully wired and will be left ready to use. A consumer unit is provided, ready for connection. We recommend that you use your preferred electrician to connect your garden building, as we don't usually undertake the connection between your house and your garden building.
