Garden therapy room

This case study is quite unique in that we were asked to replace an existing summerhouse whilst retaining the basic design (see image 1 in the gallery).

This new build was to become a garden therapy room to be used all year round for consultations and as a home office. With this in mind we suggested filling the existing alcove fully and eliminating the open porch which the original summerhouse had. We felt that this would provide a larger and more relaxing space for treatments.

To augment this idea we also added an additional side storage facility to stow either the therapy or office equipment away at any one time, making the room truly multi-functional.

Finally, we fully plumbed the new therapy room and fitted with a sink and toilet facilities.
