Why would you choose an Extra Rooms, extra room?

We built the garden room below for a customer a while back and when their neighbour mentioned getting one, they were immediately kind enough to recommend us.



Well - one way or another we were unlucky enough to miss out on that project, but this is what our customer has recently reported...

"I don't know the exact reasons for the decision not to go with Extra Rooms, it could be a combination of limited budget, choosing a local builder or simply the fact that it could be started very quickly.

In any case they've been working for the last 3 weeks, with a portaloo right outside the lounge window (very picturesque!!) and a garden that now looks like The Battle of the Somme!

I now know why I chose Extra Rooms!"

This is all about our build and delivery methodology - we build the garden room or garden office in our workshop, we then assemble it in the workshop - o we know exactly how it will come together, then we dismantle it and bring it to your site.
We can then very quickly (usually on the same day) assemble the finished building on site, knowing we won't have any issues. This minimises disruption to you and ensures the building is exactly to your specification.

The moral of this story: If you don't want a large toilet in your garden for 3 weeks, choose Extra Rooms, extra room!
