Even though these are special offers, you can still alter the size and shape to suit available space or preferences.(This one is on its way shortly and is 7ft 6 by 8 ft 6.)

It does not matter to us whether you prefer 8 ft by 8 ft (2.4 m x 2.4m) or 7 ft by 9 ft or 6ft 4" x 10ft as we make them ourselves and supply deliver and install, on our foundation, for the same price, £8K + vat ready to use.

This one is made to be sited in a right hand side or corner of a garden, you can have a mirror image of this one if yours would be better sited in the left hand side or corner of your garden.

This design of building is often used as an artist`s studio as well as light and airy garden offices.

If you prefer to have a shorter double window instead of the long panel windows then these are all available for the same special offer price, all double glazed as normal, just tell us what you want.

The extended roof overhang with integral lighting is not compulsory, again, it is up to you. All our special offer buildings up to 64sq ft are the same price for simplicity, and include full installation.

You may have noticed the slight hint of blue in the white of the window and door frames, this is because the surrounding fences in the customer`s garden are blue so the extra room will subtley reflect this. As the other two sides are blind sides, against boundary fences and unseen, they are clad in tanalised feather edged boards, if all four sides were required to be in western cedar cladding then there would have to be an extra charge of £400 plus Vat per side as cedar cladding is as expensive as it is attractive.

Six double power sockets and six flush downlights internally are all included and as with all our extra rooms, all the wiring is inside the walls and cannot be seen , just as is in your home.The walls and the ceiling is plastered and painted and so can be redecorated in time as normal and all extra rooms are insulated throughout and come with a fitted attractive laminate floor.
