Top left shows how it looked when complete in workshop, then above and left, how it looks once installed and ready to use. This extra room (including  providing a foundation) cost under 5K plus Vat. It is fully insulated, has 7 double power sockets, 8 flush downlights, is plastered and finished with deep timber skirtings and an attractive laminate floor as per our standard and high quality specification. We are making a slightly larger version for 5.5k  for stock. (If  a foundation is required) First come first served.

This one above and another we have since made, was a delightful, fully appointed high specification garden office is ready for immediate installation in the UK from £4,950 delivered and installed, a saving of nearly £2000 on our normal price.It sold quickly and has been replaced by another similar one with a slightly larger internal floor area of over 8ft by 8ft.The outside dimensions are 8`10" x 8`10" as opposed to 8ft by 8ft for the one above . It comes with 7 double sockets and 8 flush adjustable dichroic halogen mains downlights, all wiring is hidden within the walls, as in a house, the building is fully insulated, (all surfaces, floors, walls and roof) and is seamlessly plastered complete with a good quality, fitted laminate floor.

It is fully complete with decoration and high quality 5" pine moulded skirtings and architraves, stained to compliment the interior, it is complete ready for delivery into your garden, no waiting. It has "Jeld Wen" windows and door, (with laminated safety glass) and as normal it is fitted with an insurance approved 5 lever mortice lock and the whole building is lined with top quality ply as the highest specification available for permanence and durability.

All external claddings are specially made, fully tanalised and further stained in a harmonious green to blend into any garden.

If you require a foundation we can provide one for a nominal inclusive charge of £550 if required and then the appropriate all in price will be 5.5K) We are able to install foundations on any type of ground, no matter whether flat or steeply sloping.
