How strong are our garden offices

This extra room shown half way through installation has a 3 ft overhang, our combined weight was over half a ton and it was all near the front edge of the overhang. This shows how strong and well built our buildings are. We chose this building for this demonstration as buildings with large openings are the hardest to make as strong as ones with none or smaller openings.

If this was attempted with many other competitors buildings, a collapse and injuries would result, however, had we more staff, they would have joined us too as our extra rooms are built even more strongly than a timber framed building and these can go to 5 stories now so in fact  this demonstration of capabilities is no surprise considering the construction techniques we utilise.
